Morning Whisper

Morning brings a ray of sunshine angled down through the living room window to the floor where we keep an array of lovely old jugs and pots and -- typically -- a vase of fresh flowers. This morning was no different as the light illuminated a bouquet of daisies, defiant against a deep cloak of shadow.
