Miami is, of course, a dynamic and visually stunning metropolis, full of history and laughter and rhythm, with great food and music and architecture -- everything from Neoclassical to Mediterranean Revival to Art Deco to MiMo (Miami Modern). But for all the images that pop to mind when we contemplate Miami, one towers head and shoulders above the rest: I call it the First Miami Skyline.
