First Miami Skyline

Miami is, of course, a dynamic and visually stunning metropolis, full of history and laughter and rhythm, with great food and music and architecture -- everything from Neoclassical to Mediterranean Revival to Art Deco to MiMo (Miami Modern). But for all the images that pop to mind when we contemplate Miami, one towers head and shoulders above the rest: I call it the First Miami Skyline. Like Miami itself, the palm trees in First Miami Skyline are simply iconic, forever in motion, waving and swaying in the wind, reminding those from across the Atlantic and across the Caribbean and across the nation that life is best enjoyed in gentle shades of tropical blues and greens. First Miami Skyline is like a soft exhale in your home, a respite and retreat from the trials and tribulations of modern day-to-day life.
