A schooner exits the Basseterre harbor under power at sunset while reflections of my cruise ship's superstructure bounce off the window of the observation deck and mingle like memories receding in the clouds—a layered composition where reality and imagination blur together for a moment in a storybook sky. This daring artwork freezes a paradox between wanderlust and peace of mind, between movement and stillness, between nature and industrialization. Reflections mingle and recede, creating a visual meditation on movement and surrender.
